As of January 29, 2026, access to Electronic Declaration of Birth will be done through the Government Authentication Service.

This service is a new authentication solution that will allow you to access a number of Gouvernement du Québec online services simply, quickly and securely.

You can create your account in advance (if you do not already have one).

Soon, you will no longer be able to use clicSÉQUR to access Electronic Declaration of Birth. Instead, you will have to use the Government Authentication Service.
